So last week I recorded I want to say it's actually Friday when I recorded Friday or Saturday I forget what day it was um so basically the plan now what I'm on right now is um, forty micrograms of kle was added three hundred Milligrams a test has been in there for a few weeks and then also um, thirty seven and a half micrograms of AhT 3 and fifty micrograms of t four um t three t four is thyroid and kle is Klanbuerol which is a cutting agent. So. As far as how I'm feeling Today's been very rough um, kept coach updated. Um, my digestion has sped up jurastically. We've had a lot of bowel movements. Um and not pleasant ones either. It's been very hard on my stomach. My stomach's all fucked up. Um you and I stuff talked about that prior to.

Ah, recording. But um, yeah I think it could be 1 of 2 things. It could be a stomach bug I'm not I'm hoping it's not I'm hoping that this is just my digestion catching up to the anabolics that I've been taking because what happens is especially with your thyroid which directly affects your metabolism. Your thyroid acts on a feedback loop. So when your thyroid detects that you no longer that you have t three t 4 your system. It'll shut itself down much like testosterone is but what's different is that when you take out t three t 4 you can wean yourself off. You don't need to do a pct you can just kind of slowly taper off. Um, and you're fine once it detects that you don't got the t three t four in your system you just it'll start producing again. So it works on a feedback loop. Um, so I think that's what it was I think it just took a few days. Um I started it Tuesday tuesday so I think it just took a few days for it to really notice that um. Had it in my system. So like I think it shut down my guess is it probably shut down Tuesday Wednesday and started picking back up Thursday with the added um supplementation. So that's been very interesting um to go through today. Um, definitely can't trust any farts that's for sure. Ah, just because I can't tell what's a far or not so um, end up on the toilet quite a bit which is not fun, but as far as Klen goes we start at Forty micrograms every week starting. Well really starting tomorrow Saturday um, and then every Saturday after that going up by Twenty micrograms up until the show so tomorrow will be sixty micrograms

As far as how I'm feeling. Um I'm very receptive to stimulants in ah in a good way in a sense so like really because Klan is a stimulant um I feel energetic on it I actually like it because it gives me a lot of energy in the morning to get going for the day. Um, and I could definitely feel it Today. Having not taken it because we're doing three days on one day off because it is so harsh in your system. So I could feel not having it today. Um, but definitely making really good progress right now making daily changes and we're lighter now than we have been in a very long time. Um. My last way in was Wednesday it was like one ninety one eighty nine point eight or something which was the goal. The goal was to get under one ninety as fast as possible. Essentially um and the last time I was under 91 was March of 2022 so it's been almost a year and a half give or take since um since I've been under 91 an over one ninety for the longest time. Um, but we're back under that now. Um I'm in better condition than I was at my show by long shot my facet wait for the show is one ninety three and I'll be very surprised if I'm heavier than one eighty seven tomorrow for my way and especially with all the bowel movements today. Um I think I dropped a lot of weight from that. Um, not in a good way. It was not fun weight to drop. But um I think that's kind of where I'm at with that and then Sunday this is the fun part. We're going to be adding three hundred milligrams of masteron and also one hundred fifty Milligrams a trend so can be adding that back in so that'll be fun and then three weeks out we're we're going to add in winds straw. Most guys go way overkill or talking grams of shit um to get them ready for the show where in our case, it's really not that much and we're responding like crazy to it. So. Um, the the progress is definitely interesting and definitely fun to watch and see over time. Um, and I'm looking forward to the next five weeks of possibly increasing cardio decreasing food. Um, and then also ah. Adding in masteron and trend which I really really like respond very well to dhts and trend in general. So the thing I like about trend the most is that it it helps me enjoy training again. Um, where right now I just kind of feel like I'm slugging through training sometimes. Granted I'm going to the second gym so mega flex the gym I go to those northlake location and a university location I'm going to the university one lately and that's a lot of fun. So I'm excited for that. So like that's given me drive to get to the gym but trend just makes it just genuinely fucking enjoyable to to lift. Um, I've said it before like especially right when you start ticking trend. It feels like training is better than sex like it's so good. It's so unbelievably good I can't even explain it. Um, it just it feels really really good. So I'm excited for that again. We're increasing it slightly from.

Previous show. But um, really not by that much but trend is what um I really find enjoyable but trend does fuckcker with your head. Um I did notice that previous show. Um, there were instances where um I had these scenarios in my head that just weren't real. Um, and I had to kind of reel it back in my head and which is like this is not real It's not real. This is this isn't the reality. This is just the trend talking and I would tell my wife like what I was thinking happened and ah, she'd be like wow really, that's not at all what it was and I was like I know it's just fucking. That's what it felt like. But I know it's not it so I could see it being in quotations the relationship destroyer for sure. Um, but you got to be able to have the mental um capabilities to take it. You got to be able to keep yourself mentally grounded. Um, otherwise it will take over your life easily. So. I mean considering that trend was designed to build muscle on cattle I'm pretty sure that ah it's not necessarily good on our bodies. So not something you should run for a long time and really, we're utilizing trend in the perfect way. Five weeks out is what most bodybuilders say is when you should start taking trend and really not much of it too. A lot of them will say like 10250 to 200 maybe in that ballpark is like the most you should ever you should ever take anything more It's just overkill. So we're right in the right spot and we're taking exactly what we need and this is what I need to do for my body in order to compete properly because I don't have the natural genetics um to get me there.

Ah, but the the show the previous show what we did see is that really we got just conditioning to bring to the show. Um in order for us to probably win. Um I think that's that's really the the ball game we're aiming for here. Um, is just getting the conditioning down. Making sure that we peek properly as well. I didn't really peak that well at the previous show so making sure we peak in a better way. Um, and then really just performing as best I possibly can so I really really really want to win the show overall and that's really what I'm betting like my affirmation off of um for like. The previous like almost three years with my coach is like this is the show. We're put everything into and this is where I'm going to earn like my spot within the support is winning this overall like that's the way I'm looking at it and I looked at last year's results and I definitely think I can win novice I have a very. I'm very very confident in winning open like I'd be very surprised if I don't win open overall is really the only place I think that like we might potentially not get first. But I'm still aiming for first I'm still aiming for everybody else to compete second you know I'm not going to let that bring me down. Um I just think realistically I think overall is what we're aiming for. Um, not necessarily class open class or novice. Um and especially with the condition we have now I mean if I if I stepped on the stage a few weeks ago with this conditioning I probably would have gotten at least 2 places higher in true novice and.

Um, so I'm pretty sure that the guy who won overall at victory classic didn't win his pro card at universe which is what he was aiming for. Um, but I mean it is what it is. So if I was like oh this guy's first and this guy's tenth the guy in first gets 1 point and the guy in tenth gets 10 points the lower the points the better the placing. So when you see 5 points for 1 guy in 10 for the next It's a clear decision on who won. Because all 5 judges said First. All 5 judges said second so it's like this guy who got first clearly and most of them are like that most of them are like clear decisions. Some of them are kind of um but like that guy won first of 2 and got his I pb pro card like it's so fucking watered down now. Talk to any bodybuilder who's pro especially and they'll be like dude, it's fucking ridiculous and all these kids I'll talk into someone recently and everybody just expects that when you get a pro card. You're going to start making money off bodybuilding and like that's not the reality at all. Um, you get it fucking doesn't mean anything now when you get your pro card. It don't mean shit.

Yeah, so it's um, it just sucks because like yeah, absolutely that's where you make all of your money they pay you monthly. They pay you and supplements themselves. Whatever it is I mean even just like getting paid in supplements. It's fucking sick because you end up spending like I end up spending so much money on like pre-work out and.

Um, so it's like it's not like he's rolling in doe because he's got a million sponsorships now because he got his pro card but pro card is also it is a goal of mine. Um, but it's not necessarily end all'll be all, um because when I get my pro card I want to be able to um. Compete in the pro level and you don't just get your pro card to be able to do that so when I get it I want to be able to compete in it or not take that much longer to put on some size or whatever to compete in the pro level because it's night and day like pro. The pro competition is just a whole another ballgame. You ask anybody. And ask any bodybuilder who's especially who's pro and they'll tell you like it's fucking next level like you like it's it's a whole different world. It's like going from college baseball to like major league baseball. You're talking about the best of the best of every single college essentially and the minor leagues is all competing in them. Mlb. You know you're not competing at like the average you're competing with the best of the best. So that's how the pros are so it's just it's a whole different world. It's it's all the guy. The best guys who won all the national shows and won all the pro cards all coming together and trying to win. You know you're facing against really really good competition. Um, especially with this new weight. Ah, class change that they're gonna be doing whenever that gets implemented. Um, yeah, so we're both training in gyms. 1 of the gyms I go to has Ac the other one doesn't so we're both training in gyms that um, don't have Ac and one of the things you want to do or really don't want. don't want to do is you don't want to wipe to sweat off. Ideally, because that's what's cooling you down. Um, when you wipe the sweat off you get hotter because the sweat's cooling you down so there is a common misconception where you should bring a towel wipe off your sweat. Whatever that's not the truth what you should really do is just wipe off the machine because you're fucking sweating all over it. Um, and. Just trust that the sweat is what's cooling you down. Um, as far as how your body does it? Um, you're excuse me your bodily temperature is regulated by your hypothalamus in your brain. Um, it checks where your current temperature is at and making sure that as normal which is. Around Ninety Eight point six degrees fahrenheit that's why like you when you get um like a cold or something you want to check your fever if it's higher than 98.6. Obviously you're hot and your hypothalamus is not regulating its body temperature properly so something is blocking that connection. Um, that's essentially what a fever is ah is. Ah, elevated temperature because your hypothalamus is not regulating it. There are conditions elsewhere as well that some people may experience without realizing it. 1 of them is called hyperhydrosis where your hypothalamus thinks that you're hot even when you're not so um, you'll start sweating even when you're not actually that hot.

Um, regulates it so this is um from the and Nhs which is essentially europe's um, Fda and according to them 1 in 3 1 and 3 so it's anywhere from like 1 to 3% of the general population has hyper hydrosis. So. It's actually very very common to have um so in a given hundred people anywhere from one to 3 people in that group have it without realizing it. Um I'm one that doesn't have it I know that for a fact because for the longest time no matter how hard I train I don't fucking su sweat. Um. Was triggered really I feel like my sweat was triggered when I started on Trendad and because there's this thing called trend sweat and ah the second I started taking I was drenched every time I trained so that's just a side effect of train.
