So today I have to have two and a half gallons of water and starting today I take also one Thousand Milligrams of vitaminc and then incrementally increase the vitamin c up until Friday which is going to be five Thousand Milligrams so think it's ah, almost every day I'm increasing it by a thousand. Um, and then Saturday which is the show anytime I eat I got to take vitaminc essentially um, the plan says a thousand Milligrams with every meal but really like the only potential meal I may have on Saturday is like a muffin and some black coffee. So it's not like as in-depth. So what I was doing before was every three days I'd send you know my training split. Um, my weight my blood glucose what day it is um, any notes that I have like regarding my sleep regarding any changes I've seen my strength stuff like that just like anything I think that's noteworthy over the past few days um and then also like my hunger levels and stuff like that for the most part, my hunger levels those kind of stayed the same so I didn't really need to adjust those and I also make sure in my notes. Take I say what anabolics I'm taking right now so that he you know we're both on the same page because he's got a lot of he's got a lot of clients. So I want to make sure that like he can refresh. Okay, this is what he's ah he's on this is what it was like. Like I see now what's going on. So it's just um, good to you know, keep reminding him. This is what it is so I keep that in there. That's every three days but now now that we're doing weighins every day all I'm doing is sending him photos and my daily wait every morning.

We have actually know we have quite a bit but I had just a blood glucose meter. It's a prick in your finger you use a Lancet device.

The training split now I think we're gonna keep the same rep range now but tomorrow Sunday is legs. Monday is chess and tries and delts tuesdays back in biceps and then Wednesdays and upper body pump. Basically so Wednesday um, last show Wednesday was the hardest because I also did cardio that day fasted and post workout. Er. Yeah, think it was maybe it was pride of meal 6 I forget exactly when that cardio was but um I was fucking wiped dude because I was just such a little amount of food I think my carbs for the day was just 2 rice cakes or something. Um, so I was just very little food and um. And the cardio plus like so much lifting because I was doing a lot of supersets just to get through the fucking gym like in a mean like in a decent amount of time you know's to i't want to be there for 3 hours so I think it was like an hour hou hour hou hour and 15 or something I did supersets like the entire time actually fucking wiped. Um this time. It shouldn't be too bad because.

But today's resting tomorrow's like day so I was like I'll do the cardio my rest day to get some steps in and then tomorrow's leg day where I'll still be burning calories. Um, so I think i'm. That might be the same case now but we'll see we'll see what ends up happening. Um and then friday driving out to Charleston spot a three and a half hour drive so gonna drive out to Charleston stay of the night Charleston all I go to get my tan and shit done do my weigh in and whatnot. Um. And then Saturday morning get my bronzer and then the show is starting Saturday so that's where we're at now. But for the past couple weeks. It's been hard because Cardio went from 40 minutes fasted and 40 minutes postworkout to 45 minutes fasted in 45 minutes prior to meal six. So I'd train come home eat. And then at about eight thirty go do cardio and then after that come back eat and essentially walk to dogs and go to bed. Um, yeah hour and a half I mean I don't really mind it ah like it's the first 10 minutes of each cardio session sucks.

Yes, we do. It's fucking exciting and and pretty much everybody who competes in classic is is happy about it. Very little number of negative comments if any at all. And really so for those that are relatively familiar with the weight caps or kind of know what they are, um, it's weight. So for classic physique men's physique which I compete in doesn't have weight caps as of yet. They're going to create one for individual heights to keep a uniform look but classic physique has it men's open has it where um you compete in based off of your height and weight I think men's open is just like your division is based off your weight so you could be like six foot you know one eighty or not one eighty like 82 right? But then you could also compete against a guy who's five foot 5 coming in at one eighty it's based off weight men's open is just weight height has nothing to do with it. But classic esique is height in combination with weight. So what they had to do terrence roughffins and brion ainsley are 2 big reasons why they had to do this where they increase the weight of pretty much every single height range so it's it's about a one inch height range between each weight cap. Um. Each show will have a different um like weight range some of them will have 2 to three inch weight ranges some of them will have 4 some of them be like oh 6 what an up is a weight range and this is the weight cap or whatever it depends on the show but they have the Ibb Pro League has a weight cap for each individual inch.

From 5 up to including 5 4 and then all the way up to so one inch all the way up to over six foot 7 so what they did was um for this for what they had to do is for the smaller guys. The shorter guys. They increased the weight cap. About £7 for a lot of the shorter rate weight height ranges I think it was like 5 8 and unders what they went up £7 or something like that. But then the taller guys like six foot and up each weight range only went up ah or each height range only went up about £2 so they're given the shorter guys like terrence roffins like brion asley who have trouble hitting the weight cap with their respective height. Um, they gave them way more leeway. Getting bigger. So terrence is actually able to now like really improve his physique sizewise same with brion brion was going to 2 12 and he kept hopping back and forth between classic and 2 12 because he was like on the line of like all right two 12 is like not quite what I go for but it's a better weight.

It's more fits his frame and more fits his proportions but he'd have to really cut back on the weight and therefore his physique physique is going to suffer because of it. Um, and ramondio also had a problem too where his height at each show ended up being different because of how they measured it right? So like that's why when I went to victory classic I'm like on five ten and a half I'm like I'm not really actually 5 ten and a half but this is what they measured me at at the show. So this is what they're going for the guidelines. So Mike this is what I am according to the show which is fine because the shows are all 5 10 and up for most of the men's physique shows so I'm good I just do weight class or height class. D.

Um over span of certain amount of time and then they take the average of that and say okay, your height based off this average is six foot so now this is your weight cap regardless of how much we technically measure your height at this show. Your actual like registered height is six foot so you have to say under the which is great I think that's awesome because imagine like so the new weight cap for like six foot is two hundred twenty seven pounds which is fucking heavy as shit but two hundred and twenty seven pounds for six foot imagine you're like.
