Paul starting his fitness passion, as a 'skinny fat' individual, with BodyBeast DVD set, now he is a competitive bodybuilder hoping to go pro in Men's Physique in 2023. He hopes to compete professionaly in Classic Physique one day. He is an athlete on team Unchained Physiques.
Christoph Knoll
Stoph started his journey coming from a 'skinny' build and had the goal of putting on size. After some time on his own, he now has a dedicated coach helping him gain size and reach the goal of competing some day.
